This cord is not a true PS2 power cord the PS/2 end is supposed to have a rounded side and a squared side to match the input side of the PS/2. This cord has two rounded sides. It can be forced to work, but it not correct.

Amazon asked me to review this product. First, I'm flattered that they would seek out my opinion. They must know I am a savvy and quality-seeking consumer!
This is one of the BEST cords I've ever used. Love the sleek black color, the cord is supple yet durable, it plugs in easily. It is really everything and more that I could possibly ask for in a power cord. I look at it admiringly- lying there on the floor, day in, day out, uncomplainingly doing its duty. If we could all be so content.
If you're searching for a power cord, I would DEFINITELY recommend this cord. It's the tops!!
