Worthless for me May 2, 2008

I couldn't use this software at all. My iPod wasn't recognized as a data-transfer device. I don't know whether the problem is my computer, the software, or my iPod. It may not be the software's fault (so maybe the 1 star is unfair) but, either way, X-Oom did nothing for me.
