A poor product and poor customer service March 26, 2008

Please do not buy this product. It is overpriced for what it offers. The interface is terrible and the audio translations are unintelligible. Additionally, ECTACO has terrible customer service: rude, untimely and difficult to work with. They offer no help or compensation for their error and I would never recommend using them or their products. I live in Korea and will gladly bring my business elsewhere and buy another translator that is smaller, easier to use and less expensive. (Also mac friendly).
