mainly designe d to protect ipod from shocks.It stays intact with the ipod and u wont get any hassle while using the touch pad like other products.if u have a white color ipod and wan 2 change it to a black one it will do the trick.u cant differentiate if its a skin or te original ipod surface itself!

I can testify that the new ipod classic 80gb click wheel will not work through a silicone cover. The click works the outer rotation wheel does not! Hence, the discount price for this design. I am not aware if this issue is amenable to a software update, but I wouldn't take the chance. This is a known issue.

Great simple case August 23, 2007

I bought this about a month or two ago and I haven't taken it off my iPod since. It is nice and simple and is just like a second skin protecting the iPod (that would otherwise be covered in oil marks from your fingers!). You can still do everything that you could do on the iPod without the case on (charge/update, put on hold, scroll and select, etc). The only thing is there is no screen cover. They do give you a piece of material (plastic stuff that comes on new phones' screens, etc) to cover the screen with, which works, but I'm sure some people are more picky about the display (I have air bubbles all over the place!) than I am. All in all, a fantastic product.

If you just want something to protect your Ipod--- Yippee

However,
The armband etc... is a joke.
And to not use the little band to hang it around your neck. It's very flimsy. The metal piece comes off easily and your poor pod could go crashing down on the pavement.
