Editorial Reviews:

Amazon.com Product Description

Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers offer soft, cloth-like comfort and feature stretchy leg gathers and closure tabs. In addition to keeping baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash, the absorbent polymer in these diapers is non-toxic and non-irritating to baby's sensitive skin.

All-Natural Natural Comfort for Your Child
Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers are made with your baby and your environment in mind. The chlorine-free materials and absorbent polymers used in the diapers help keep your baby dry in between changes and through the night. In addition to being effective at keeping baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash, studies show that the absorbent polymer used in the diapers is non-toxic and non-irritating to baby's sensitive skin.

Hypo-allergenic and offering soft, cloth-like comfort and premium absorbency, these diapers are made of chlorine-free absorbent materials that do not contribute to dioxin pollution. They feature super-stretchy resealable closure tabs and super-stretchy leg gathers that work to provide your baby with a comfortable, safe, close-fitting thin diaper.

Why Does Chlorine-Free Matter?
Your choice of our chlorine free diapers could help reduce cancer rates. Your choice of chlorine-free diapers helps reduce the amount of dioxin polluting our air, water and soil, and helps make the world a safer, healthier place for your family and generations to come.

When chlorine and chlorine derivatives are used in industrial processes (such as bleaching paper and wood pulp), they produce substances called chlorinated hydrocarbons, which persist in the environment, accumulate in animals and people, and can be toxic to human and environmental health. The production of chlorine can also release the toxic metal mercury into the environment.

If every household in the U.S. replaced just one 40-count package of conventional diapers with these chlorine-free diapers, we could avoid 133,000 pounds of pollution from entering the environment.

About Seventh Generation
Seventh Generation offers a complete line of natural household products designed to work as well as their traditional counterparts, but use renewable, non-toxic, and phosphate-free ingredients as often as possible, and are never tested on animals. Seventh Generation products are healthy and safe for the air, the surfaces, the pets, and the people in your home--and for the environment outside of it. Every time you use Seventh Generation products you make a difference by saving natural resources, keeping toxic chemicals out of the environment, and making the world a safer place for this and the next seven generations.

5 out of 5 stars best diapers ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   September 6, 2008
M. Patsatsis
these diapers are great - my daugther always had rashes and we could not figure out why - after a few dermatologist appt. - i thought maybe its the diapers - tried a bunch and found these online - after 1 day no more rash - its been 10 months and she has never had a rash since. i also referred these to a friend - they love them also

4 out of 5 stars Best for Baby!   September 6, 2008
Jemma (Charlotte, USA)
I've been using these diapers for 6 months now. I like em! They don't cause diaper rash at all, are environmentally friendly and are fairly leak proof except during the first two months or so. But they're very expensive and tend to run small; I always have to get the next size up. Definitely recommended!

5 out of 5 stars Good sort of green diapers   September 5, 2008

We cloth diaper and use disposables for bedtime and outings. I find that the Seventh Generation diapers work as well as the conventional disposables and have the added bonus of no fragrance. I also like the fact that Elmo or Mickey don't look up at me at every diaper change. We have experienced no leaks with these. And have been using them for several months for our 2 year old.

5 out of 5 stars Great diapers! (but small)   September 3, 2008

These are great diapers. I love the idea that they are environmentally responsible. It did take a while to get used to the sort of greyish tint but the absence of chlorine was the cause. I am suddenly horrified by the diapers with all of the pretty designs on them. I like Cars but how much chlorine was used in their creation?

They do run small. You need to check the weight of your baby. If you are near the cusp, go UP.

4 out of 5 stars Love them but they run a bit small   September 2, 2008
Katelyn (New England)
We love these diapers because they are better for the environment and better for our baby. The price on Amazon is great. They do, however, run a bit small. My son went to size 4 at 6 months (18 lbs and 28 in.)
