This little thing is a saver - carry it in my laptop bag with my iPod everywhere. It charges off USB (nano or 3G iPod) and allows me to keep the playlists fresh. Spring stayed springy, so refreshing to not have snarly cords everywhere. My nano is black, but oh well...

If you do not have a firewire port on your computer, DO NOT buy this item! It is NOT a USB cable, as I was led to believe when I bought this to replace my original one that got bent. Then it got here, and it's not USB, and I do not have a firewire port on my computer, so now I have to wait for my boyfriend's parents to send him his spare so I can charge my iPod.
