I've had mine for three months and it works great. It came with unopened headphones and all the original packaging and instructions. It looked brand new, with the exception of a small imperfection on the exterior but it's kinda like buying a used car, you don't have to stress about making the first dent.

This is a great iPod! I bought mine about a year ago and I love it! It is way better than the shuffle. Plus it can do photos and comes with a couple of fun games.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY REFURBISHED IPODS! Save your money and buy a new ipod instead! In the end I saved about $50 by buying this ipod and it has been nothing but frustrating! It will not sync with my new computer, only the one that I originally downloaded my first ipod on. No directions whatsoever, no programs with it, it just came in the box, which is not how my ipod shuffle came. I do like it better than the shuffle because you can actually control what songs you listen to. The next ipod I buy will be NEW and not a shuffle.
