My iPod earbuds wouldn't stay in for exercise, so I kept trying to jam them deeper and deeper into my ears. It was too painful to keep wedging them in, so I wound up buying some over-the-ear earphones to use, but the sound quality isn't as good as the iPod earbuds. This product allows me to easily switch back and forth for casual listening and exercise without having to buy an inferior set of exercise earbuds. They're simple, effective, and inexpensive. Thank you!

I use my iPod for running so I want decent sound quality, but not isolation from outside sounds. My ears just don't work with standard earbuds; they are constantly falling put. I tried several styles (over the head, behind the neck, over the ear) designs by Nike, Sennheiser, and others. The only one that fit was a pair of white Nike over-the-ear buds, but the sound quality was so bad I returned those, too. Then I saw the BudFits in a Macworld review, and they were only $10! These are great! My headphones never fall out (though they sometimes still need adjusting). I did switch sides -- I use the R earbud in my L ear and R bud in L ear -- and I use the foam earbud covers, too. I'm going to get another pair for my iPhone headset. The best solution turned out to be the cheapest -- I love it!

Very handy for people (like me) with nonstandard ears January 5, 2009

I've never found earbuds that fit my ears. I guess my ears are unusual, though they look pretty normal to me. I needed a headset with mic to use with my iPhone, but the only over the ear type I could find was a pricey though very nice Bose headset. The sound is great from the Bose headset, but it is bulky to carry around. So I often don't and I found myself sitting in waiting rooms, etc., wishing I could listen to a podcast, but not wanting to disturb other people.

These little ear hooks fit the stock iPhone headset, and keep the buds close enough to my ear, so I now just have it in my bag all the time. They are flexible and light, and they do the trick.

This is a great product. I love ear buds but have trouble getting them to stay in my ears. This works like a charm and is very comfortable. I have worn it with both my regular glasses and my fit over sunglasses (i.e. I have two pair on at the same time) and it still fits and is comfortable.

I am using it with retractable ear buds and have noticed that it is possible for the section that hold the ear bud to stretch over time. A little piece of scotch tape works great. This was only a problem because the retractable part always pulls the wire back out of the channel so it doesn't work as a fix for that.

Highly recommend and love them.

I haven't actually used the product because I bought it as a gift, however I was thoroughly disappointed when it arrived. The picture makes it look like the product includes earbuds, however the actual product is just a clear plastic earpiece to attach to your earbuds. I would not have bought this gift if I had known what I was getting.
