Quality is good. Design is poor. Product allows for no access to docking port. Retaining strap fights gravity unless worn upside down. Retaining strap goes between iPod and arm. Loosening the armband is required for purposely removing iPod. I like other Speck products.

this one works as well as any I have seen... the problem is the video iPod is too big to workout with... if you haven't bought one yet, get a Nano! if you already have one, this is a good armband for treadmill.

A little itchy with loose stitching March 3, 2008

I really like the concept of this design. It makes it possible for me to see the ipod while I'm working out. The problem with this armband is that it is kind of itchy on bare skin. Also, the first time I put it on, the stitching came loose on one of the velcro pads. I'd like to say it's because my arms are so awesomely massive that they busted it up, but the truth is the work there is a little shoddy. It's not worth returning because I have used a needle and thread before, but it was a bummer.
