This is the 4th Model #33185 I've purchased. We now have them in all our cars, and have given them to our children as well. It's the least expensive way to get your iPod to play through your car stereo system. Other similar products from other manufacturers just did not work, so don't waste your money like I did. The sound quality resulting from the Aerielle technology is great (I have a Bose sound system in my car, so can really crank it up), provided you remember to set your iPod equalizer to 'small speakers' to minimize hiss/distortion on some vocals. Like all FM transmitters, the more FM broadcast stations you have in your location, the more potential there is for interference (I live in southeast Idaho, so that's not much of a problem for me!) It is very easy to change frequencies, and the unit has 3 pre-sets, so once you find a clear frequency, you're good to go.

- Easy to use
- Charges iPod at all times

- Display glitched out after about a weeks use
- iPod can't be too close to transmitter without getting some static
