I purchased this item for a road trip where we were going to be passing through a lot of back roads country, so I was worried that I would not get reception with a wireless receiver/converter. Unfortunately, this item defines the line "you get what you pay for." The sound quality is terrible--even with the volume turned up on both my iPod and car stereo, we could barely hear anything.
