I had received this product three days ago and had a decent among of time to cross test the three components that were included in he package.
First of all, i am using these chargers with my new iPhone 3G, and yes, as other had state, there are problem with the wall charger.

1) wall charger
The red LED lights up when you plug it in, you inserted the retractable USB cable,m it doesn't explode, and you plug your iPhone/iPod up, it may seems to fool you that it is working, but nooo.... no exactly. Yes, the battery icon does change into charge initially, but as you trying to navigate around on the iPhone 3G, you would experience a lag on the touch screen. I assume the problem is caused by an unstable amperage or an over amperage output from the wall charger. And moment later, the charge icon changed into "plug in (AC powered)"
I did try to swap out the retractable USB with the factory USB, same problem, so, it is not the cable, it IS the charger itself.

2) car charger
works fine, I used it with the accompanied retractable USB cable in my infiniti G35 and Acura integra, no problem found, touch screen operate properly .

3) retractable USB
I had brought some off brand iPod charging cable before, none of them charge even they CLAIMED they do. But this one, however, it charge. I do have to say I have not test out data transfer with this cable, but I assume it should have no problem.

So, in the end, you got yourself a poorly constructed aftermarket charging kit. I don't think I will use my wall charger too much (unless emergency) and more than likely I will actually buy a iPhone 3G charger from apple soon as a back up. But for the price offer here, it is much cheaper than what you can buy at Wally-World with basically the same stuff...
Use it as you please, in the end, it is not an apple, and it will be a DAMN mistake to fry an iPhone with a $3 charger.

THEY LOOK LIKE 99 CENT ITEMS AND THEY DON'T WORK ALL THE TIME. BUT IT WAS MY CHOICE TO BUY SOMETHING CHEAP SO I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR.

UPDATE3: MyNetDeals have sent me a replacement AC adapter that seems to be working with my iPod Touch. All in all, pretty good customer service and very quick turnaround time for getting my original shipment and the replacement. Although I can't recommend the product above, MyNetDeals did a pretty good job helping me get what I wanted.

Rating - 5 stars for the seller, 1 star for the product above.

UPDATE2: MyNetDeals contacted me (within 24 hours or so, not bad) to tell me they are sending another charger that should work with my Touch. Hopefully it works!

UPDATE1: I'm currently contacting MyNetDeals to have this resolved (so this post will likely be edited if they come through with help in replacing/refunding), but a word of warning to potential buyers.

This product is inexpensive because it uses cheap, lightweight components. My AC adapter doesn't work and the USB cord is flimsy and doesn't seem very durable. Haven't tried the car charger, as I only really need the AC.

Depending on MyNetDeal's response, I wouldn't recommend this product due to their return policy:

"Any defective items will be promptly exchanged...Shipping charges are non-refundable! Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost."

So if you are like me and purchase this $3.95 item and it turns out to be defective out of the box, you are paying $4.45 to have it shipped to you, then $4.45 to ship it back. A $4 charger will end up costing you $13 plus some hassle - probably better off buying a Belkin instead.
