5 out of 5 stars Life After Death album is the best!   November 27, 2008

This is the best The Notorious B.I.G. album next to Ready To Die album. These albums are classics and these peoples shouldn't write mean reviews and they don't have a great taste of rap music. These two albums are influentials upon on hip hop history.

5 out of 5 stars One of the best rap albums of all time   November 22, 2008

Another review said something about how this album is nothing but death, and killing. Well not not forget that was gasgsta rap in the early to late 90's. Not until the turn of the century did rap become watered down BS about money, fame, and having sex. Frankly this will be remebered as the golden age of rap and this album along with Ready to Die are two fine examples for how Rap was.

1 out of 5 stars Rap is fine as long as it's talking about something intelligent   November 22, 2008

I bought this because it was on sale and is extremely popular. After a few hours of listening to it I deleted it from my computer.

There's too much death in this music, all it talks about is death, dying and shooting in gory detail. Things like girls getting mutilated by gunshots and brains being sprayed all over the sidewalk.

If people like listening to stuff like that then you'll love this album. As for me, I don't see why anyone would. Rap is great when its clever and talking about something important. I wouldn't waste your money on this and instead use it for something that has a little thought put into it like Immortal Technique or Talib Kweli.

How am I the first person to review this masterpiece? In case you don't know, this is one of the best hip hop albums ever, if not the best. See for yourself.
