The pouch is good. It keeps the sensor tight on your shoe laces and seems to give accurate readings of distance.

Purchased this over a year ago to train for my first marathon and to track my mileage using my Nike + sport band. This little silicon pouch is easy to lace onto your sneaker, inexpensive, and keeps the Nike Pod dry and very secure. I don't even feel this pouch on my running sneaker. Great little product for a cheap price. I just bought a second one for another pair of running shoes.

The Nike+ipod is a magical way of workout and that's agreed. Less than $10 for the sensor, so why ruin it by ripping yourself off, buying new Nike shoes that costs almost like your new ipod? your existing shoes are just fine. Invest $3 in this silicone case and remain a happy person.

I don't wear Nike+ shoes to run in and was looking for something that would hold my Nike+ sensor firmly, would be weather resistant, and still be cute.
This fit the bill perfectly.
It's great. I've been using it for almost a month (at about 20-30 miles per week) with no issues.
I'd definitely buy it again.
